Ellie Howard

Ellie Howard is a forward thinking creative director and founder of video production company ‘1709 Productions’. Her passion for photography, music and videos developed through school and upon making the decision to leave after first year of A Levels, she made the decision to pursue media at a music college, her first 8 months at the college she quickly developed a taste for making short social media content for music artists and filming music events which slowly led to widening her network of artists who were in need of music videos and visual content. Ellie then had the opportunity at 18 to go to America for 4 months to work as a programme leader at a Summer Camp, she brought her camera out to document bits on her time in America which included New York & Miami and made short videos to post on social media, this put even more passion in her to pursue video content. When she came back to the UK in 2018 Ellie quickly set up 1709 productions, introducing the textbook logo and exclusively worked on making video content. Her work has now seen the likes of Dapz on the Map, Ghetts, IAMDDB and continues to grow and develop to expand further in the industry.
